A luxury sushi restaurant that opened on the 45th floor of Tokyu Kabukicho Tower within a year I think. We went in the early evening so were able to see the beautiful view from the large window. We had a lot of fun comparing two types of sea urchins and they cook with their original combinations of ingredients that we had never had before. Recommended.

Delicious sushi restaurant with a great view The inside of the restaurant is so quiet that you forget the hustle and bustle of Kabukicho, and you can see the spectacular night view outside the window. I was fascinated for a while, but once I took my seat and the course started, I found the knobs so interesting that I forgot about the night view. It looks more like a dish served at a wine bar than a sushi bar. I paired it with sake, but I'm sure it would go well with wine as well. The nigiri in the second half of the course were all delicate and delicious. I also liked that the sushi rice was small and easy to eat. The general had a sharp yet calm atmosphere and was very comfortable. It's a very nice shop, so I would like to go there again in different seasons.

If you want to take your loved one out for sushi in Shinjuku, this is the place. If you go before it gets dark in the evening, you can see the view from daytime to dusk and night. We recommend the pairing course.

You can fully enjoy the seasonal ingredients and the best techniques, and from the first dish you will find such high-quality ingredients that you will think, ``Suddenly the last boss will appear?!'' However, dishes that are even better will appear one after another, and you will be instantly drawn into Kato's world. The pairings that the owner has developed through trial and error while traveling all over Japan are not limited to Japanese sake, but include bubbles and wine, and are free to think outside of the confines of a sushi restaurant, inviting our taste buds to a more pleasant state of mind. Recently, it seems that word of mouth has spread among foreign celebrity customers, and you can enjoy a great time in an elegant space overlooking the night view of Tokyo that you can't imagine from its location in Kabukicho. Everything is made by the owner himself, so you can only eat at the counter, but you're lucky if you can make a reservation. I have visited many famous restaurants at Saito Kyubey Sukiyabashi, and I can definitely enjoy the highest quality sushi.

[Sushi Jine] is a sushi restaurant located about 5 minutes walk from the east exit of Shinjuku Station on the JR Yamanote Line. It is located on the 45th floor of Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, which opened on April 14, 2023. The entrance may be a little difficult to find, but instead of using the escalator in front, enter from the entrance on the 1st floor on the Seibu Shinjuku Line side and exit on the 18th floor, where the hotel reception of "BELLUSTAR TOKYO" is located. There is an elevator that goes through the hotel lobby and takes you to the 45th floor. You can enjoy a panoramic view of Tokyo's night view through the glass walls. The general was also very detailed in his work, friendly and a really nice guy. First, we started with sea urchin soup. My stomach was cleaned lol Kobako crab is a female crab that can only be eaten for two months out of the year, so it was delicious! The milt spring rolls were thick and had white sauce lol The shime mackerel had a wonderful smoked aroma and mullet roe. The egg-cooked rice made with only the inside of Nodoguro and salmon roe is delicious. How can you have such high-class egg-cooked rice? The nigiri was a perfect match with the fresh fish. It's okay to hand them over one by one! At the end, plums came out, but they were so sweet that I guess I misunderstood the sourness and sweetness. Both the sake and the glass were made with Edo Kiriko, and I paired them this time, and both the sake and wine were great! I want to go again lol
